•  Investment pricing is based on the valuation of properties and market conditions at the time of investment.

 

2. Payment Methods

•  We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.

•  Payments are processed at the time of investment confirmation.

•  Payment plans may be available for certain investment options, subject to approval.

 

3. Order Confirmation

  •  Upon successful payment, you will receive an investment confirmation via email.

•  Please review the confirmation for accuracy and contact us promptly if there are discrepancies.

•  The confirmation email will include details of your investment, including property information and expected returns.

 

4. Pricing Errors

•  In the event of a pricing error, InvestRE reserves the right to cancel or refuse the investment order.

•  We will promptly notify you of any such errors and provide options for resolution, including the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

 

5. Billing Disputes 

•  If you believe there is an error in your billing statement, please contact our customer service team within 30 days.

•  We will investigate and rectify any valid billing disputes in accordance with Australian consumer laws.

•  Disputes related to investment returns and performance will be handled separately as per our investment agreement.

 

6. Payment Security

•  Your payment information is securely processed, and industry-standard encryption is employed to protect your data.

•  We do not store your payment details on our servers.

 

7. Cancellations

•  Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an investment order.

•  Investment-specific cancellation policies may apply, as outlined in your investment agreement.

 

8. Late Payments

•  If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, InvestRE reserves the right to cancel the investment order.

•  Late payments may incur additional charges, and continued late payments may affect your investment returns.

 

9. Credit Card Chargebacks

•  Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.

•  Contact our customer service team on admin@investre.org to address any concerns before initiating a chargeback to avoid unnecessary complications.

 

10. Payment Processing Partners

•  We engage reputable payment processing partners to ensure secure transactions.

•  Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

 

11. Changes to Billing Terms 

•  InvestRE reserves the right to modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time.

•  Changes will be effective immediately and communicated through our website and email notifications.

•  Continued use of our services after changes are communicated will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
